Vacation and Paid Time off

  

  • Full-time Hourly Employees (36+ hours average per week worked) will receive one week of paid vacation after working consecutively 6 months and thereafter.  
  • Example:  An employee has a hire date of March 3rd.  As long as that employee's hours worked for the 6 months between March 3 and September 2nd (180 days) is 925 total hours (36 average per week), the employee would be eligible for 36 hours paid vacation time to use during the next 180 days(in this instance it would be September 3 to March 2). 
  • Vacation hours do not roll over or carry over.  If they are not used during the allotted timeframe they reset back to zero at the next six month mark.  
  • The same as above applies for Salaried Management, except they would be eligible for 1 week of paid salary.
  • Part time employees are not eligible to accrue vacation time.  
  • If an employees hours during one 6 month period have met the requirement, and subsequently their hours fall below for the next 6 month period, the employee would earn the vacation time to use during the 6 month period following but would not earn for the next 6 months.  

Sick Pay

At this time there is no paid sick time for hourly employees.  Salaried Management staff may have a different agreement in their employment contract.

Payroll

  • Employees are paid weekly via direct deposit.  
  • The workweek runs from Sunday-Saturday and Paydays are on Friday of the following week.  
  • If you are a tipped employee, your cash tips are yours to keep and credit card tips, they will be paid out on that weeks payroll.  We do not tip-out in cash.   

Employee Footwear Reimbursement

We understand how important it is to take care of your feet, especially when working in a  fast paced and standing environment.  

  • All of our employees are eligible for a once a year reimbursement of $40 towards the purchase of approved footwear to go with your uniform.  The year is based on the employees hire date.  
  • Example:  An employee is hired on March 3rd.  They have until March 2nd of the following year to turn in a valid receipt for approved shoes.  (The receipt must be dated within 30 days of submission).
  • To submit a receipt click the link below.  You will see an email window pop up.  Please scan, attach, upload or snap a picture of the receipt.  Enter your name in the email body and send.  Your request will be processed within 1-2 pay cycles.  If there are any additional questions we have to process your request, we will reach out.
